Darren Goldsmith - Principal
Darren began legal practice in 1984 and quickly became a partner in 1987.
Darren now practices principally in the areas of Property, Commercial and Corporate Advice. He has built a solid reputation in that practice for prompt results which achieve his clients' goals. Darren is particularly experienced in negotiating and settling complicated commercial agreements.
When not in the office, Darren can be found on any one of Melbourne's fine golf courses, supporting his beloved St. Kilda football club or volunteering his time to his son's local football team.

Gary Goldsmith - Principal
Gary commenced practicing law in 1983 and undertook his articles with the predecessor to Goldsmiths and has remained with the firm ever since.
Gary runs and supervises all the firm's litigation.
He has built up a large amount of expertise across a wide range of different legal areas and is able to bring that experience to assist clients in resolving the disputes and problems that they are faced with both commercially and privately.
Gary has extensive experience in all Courts throughout Victoria and often appears himself. He brings with the assistance of a bar of approximately 2,000 barristers, he is able to run, coordinate and assist clients in achieving their goals. No matter is too big or complex.
Gary is involved in a wide range of community activities including Rotary, Scouts, and the Local Club Football.

Neil Garfith - Lawyer
Neil joined Goldsmiths in 1992 and practices exclusively in the areas of commercial and property law. Neil has a high degree of expertise in probate and wills, landlord and tenant drafting and disputes, sale and purchase of businesses, business licensing compliance and has a particular interest in property law.
A friendly and personable chap, Neil is highly regarded in the local community for his practical and helpful contributions to the solving of legal issues.
Formally an expert tennis player, Neil is now an accomplished gardener and family man.

Milliana Elberg - Lawyer
Before joining Goldsmiths in December 2006, Milliana worked for a small CBD firm and gained extensive experience in Insurance Litigation in both Victoria and New South Wales.
At Goldsmiths Milliana mainly practices in the areas of family law and civil and commercial litigation. She is a member of the young lawyers section of the Law Institute of Victoria.

Adam Ghijben - Lawyer
Adam joined Goldsmiths in May 2006. Before joining Goldsmiths, Adam's background was in the commercial IT industry.
Adam's legal career has been focussed towards litigation of commercial matters ranging from minor disputes to high value cases. He is experienced in the areas of contractual disputes, mortgagee transactions, trade promotions, the law of the internet, intellectual property (inc Copyright and Trademarks) and debt recovery actions. Adam is also qualified to practice within the New York State jurisdiction.
In his spare time Adam enjoys skiing, yachting and Melbourne's dynamic music and arts scene.

Prior to joining Goldsmiths in November 2006, Brad worked in a mid tier CBD firm and gained extensive experience in commercial litigation and discovery.
At Goldsmiths Brad practices primarily in the areas of commercial law and property law. He is currently completing his Master of Business Administration.
Outside of work Brad enjoys travelling, going to the gym and skiing
