Gary Goldsmith - Principal Gary commenced practicing law in 1983 and undertook his articles with the predecessor to Goldsmiths and has remained with the firm ever since. Gary runs and supervises all the firm's litigation. He has built up a large amount of expertise across a wide range of different legal areas and is able to bring that experience to assist clients in resolving the disputes and problems that they are faced with both commercially and privately. Gary has extensive experience in all Courts throughout Victoria and often appears himself. Neil Garfith - Lawyer Neil joined Goldsmiths in 1992 and practices exclusively in the areas of commercial and property law. Neil has a high degree of expertise in probate and wills, landlord and tenant drafting and disputes, sale and purchase of businesses, business licensing compliance and has a particular interest in property law.  A friendly and personable chap, Neil is highly regarded in the local community for his practical and helpful contributions to the solving of legal issues. Milliana Elberg - Lawyer Before joining Goldsmiths in December 2006, Milliana worked for a small CBD firm and gained extensive experience in Insurance Litigation in both Victoria and New South Wales.
