Darren was admitted to legal practice in 1985 and has decades of experience in the Property, Commercial, Wills, estates and Family Law areas. He brings to the table an enthusiasm for getting the job done in an efficient manner and in accordance with client’s expectations. Darren’s breadth of experience enables him to assist clients in decision-making and to demystify otherwise complex areas of law.

If he is not working Darren can be found building and sailing classic wooden boats or playing golf at The National.
 

Neil is a long standing member of the Goldsmiths team and has been at Goldsmiths Lawyers since 1992 and was admitted to practice in 1993.  Neil’s main practice areas are Property Law, Commercial Leases, Wills and Estates.
 
In his spare time Neil enjoys tennis, bike riding and travelling.

Davina was admitted to practice in 2007 after graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws and has been with Goldsmiths Lawyers since 2008. Davina commenced her legal career practising in the area of Civil and Commercial Litigation and she now exclusively practises in:
 

• Family / De Facto Law throughout Australia including property settlements, parenting
  matters, urgent injunctions, same sex relationships, divorce, maintenance, superannuation,
  intervention orders and preparation of binding financial agreements.
• Intervention Order matters both in Victoria and interstate, and
• Criminal Law

 
Davina has a high success rate in negotiating settlements outside of Court. She also has extensive experience in Court processes and Court appearance work.

Francis was admitted to legal practice in 2009 after graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws and commenced at Goldsmiths Lawyers in 2010. His areas of practice are principally in property law, commercial law, wills and deceased estates.
 
Francis is multi-lingual in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Dicky was admitted to practice in 2017 and commenced at Goldsmiths Lawyers in 2019.
 
Dicky is part of the litigation team at Goldsmiths Lawyers and his practice revolves primarily around commercial and civil litigation.
 
In his spare time Dicky enjoys playing sports including cricket, badminton and squash.

Steven loves accounting and graduated in 2006.  Steven commenced with Goldsmiths Lawyers in 2010.  Since joining Goldsmiths he has fully utilised his accounting skills in his position, priding himself on assisting people and colleagues in doing exciting accounting tasks.
 
Steven has the responsibility of the firm’s office and trust accounts and facilitates the firm’s day to day accounting process and needs.  Did we mention that Steven can speak four other languages, these include Cantonese, Mandarin, Malay and Hokkien.

Christine started working at Goldsmiths Lawyers in 2016 and quickly worked her way up from receptionist to legal secretary to now our paralegal. Her areas of practice are conveyancing and property law including, residential & commercial transactions, off-the plan purchases, land subdivision, land transfers and more.

Chloe has been with Goldsmiths Lawyers since 2017 and was admitted to legal practice in 2019. Chloe’s main areas of practice are Wills and Estates, Property Law and Commercial Law. Chloe is devoted in her work and is passionate about achieving the best possible outcome for clients.
 
In her spare time Chloe enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, eating out and playing social sport.
