Gary commenced practising Law in 1983. He undertook his Articles with the predecessor of Goldsmiths Lawyers and has remained with the firm ever since. Over this period, he has built a substantial level of expertise across a wide range of legal areas. Gary runs and supervises all of the firm’s litigation. He has earned high repute in successfully resolving clients’ disputes and problems both commercially and personally.
Gary has extensive experience in all Courts throughout Victoria and frequently represents clients. With the assistance of and close proximity to the Victorian Bar of approximately 2,500 barristers, many of whom Gary has a strong professional relationship, enables consistent execution of success in achieving clients’ goals.

Outside of work hours, Gary has served on numerous Community Boards and Committees. He has led Community Projects across a wide range of needs. He was a past president of the Rotary Club of Camberwell and has an ongoing membership of over 25 years.
In his spare time, he plays golf, keeps fit and enjoys overseas travel.
Darren was admitted to legal practice in 1985 and has decades of experience in the Property, Commercial, Wills, estates and Family Law areas. He brings to the table an enthusiasm for getting the job done in an efficient manner and in accordance with client’s expectations. Darren’s breadth of experience enables him to assist clients in decision-making and to demystify otherwise complex areas of law.

If he is not working Darren can be found building and sailing classic wooden boats or playing golf at The National.
Neil is a long standing member of the Goldsmiths team and has been at Goldsmiths Lawyers since 1992 and was admitted to practice in 1993. Neil’s main practice areas are Property Law, Commercial Leases, Wills and Estates.
In his spare time Neil enjoys tennis, bike riding and travelling.

Francis was admitted to legal practice in 2009 after graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws and commenced at Goldsmiths Lawyers in 2010. His areas of practice are principally in property law, commercial law, wills and deceased estates.
Francis is multi-lingual in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Dicky was admitted to practice in 2017 and commenced at Goldsmiths Lawyers in 2019.
Dicky is part of the litigation team at Goldsmiths Lawyers and his practice revolves primarily around commercial and civil litigation.
In his spare time Dicky enjoys playing sports including cricket, badminton and squash.
