Colin Yeo

Colin graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws in 1994. He is admitted to legal practice in Australia and Malaysia and has represented clients across Asia Pacific and Europe.

Colin also holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Monash University. He majored in Accounting and Finance and is experienced in complex commercial and financial transactions.

He practices mainly in commercial law, including corporate and property transactions, commercial and loan documentations, trademark and negotiation of business and shareholders disputes. He brings to the table the ability to develop balanced and innovative solutions which are commercially practicable.
